Gas Safety Inspection

If you’re a landlord, you are required by law to conduct a gas safety inspection of your property once a year. All landlords have a legal duty under the Gas Safety (Installation & Use) Regulations 1998 to maintain all appliances and flues that have been provided for their tenants and to have them checked once a year.

In order to get the Landlord’s Gas Safety Certificate you need to employ the services of a registered installer.

We approach the gas safety inspection with the same high standards of workmanship and customer service as we do with all our work from leaky pipes to condensing boiler installations.
